Two 4.3 qt. stainless chafing pans: each holds up to 40 four oz. servings. One 2.6 qt. stainless chafing pan holds up to 25 four oz. servings. Clear polycarbonate lids with utensil slots. Stainless chafing pan holder removable; can use base as warming tray. Variable heat control – 155 to 200o F. Safety signal light. Generous 27-5/8″ x14″ warming surface. UL Listed. 120 Volts – 500 Watts – 4.2 Amps. Foods should be fully cooked and already hot before being placed on Warming Trays or in Buffet Servers, which are designed for keep-warm function only. Our Buffet Server chafing pans (pans only, not the lids) may be used to cook/heat foods to serving temperature in an oven, and then covered and transferred to the Warming Tray or Buffet Server for keep-warm.
